Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using ISP Billing ("the Platform," "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Service Description

ISP Billing is a cloud-based, multi-tenant ISP management and billing platform designed for Internet Service Providers. Our platform provides:

• Customer management and CRM tools
• Automated billing, invoicing, and receipt generation
• Financial accounting and ledger management
• HR and payroll management
• Inventory and asset tracking
• Complaint and ticket management
• Network monitoring and reporting tools
• Multi-user access with role-based permissions

We continuously improve and update our platform. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice to users.

3. Account Registration

To use ISP Billing, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information, including your company name, contact details, and business information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same organization without prior authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

ISP Billing offers various subscription plans, including a free tier with limited features. Regarding paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice before the next billing cycle
• Payment is due upon invoice issuance; failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact our support team for refund requests
• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of ISP Billing, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to managing your ISP business
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Not use the Platform to store, transmit, or distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Not overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's servers or infrastructure
• Ensure that all users within your organization comply with these Terms
• Keep your customer data accurate and up to date within the Platform
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

6. Data Ownership

Your data remains yours. Specifically:

• You retain full ownership of all data you enter, upload, or generate through the Platform, including customer records, billing data, financial records, and reports
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your data
• You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services
• Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data within 30 days
• We will not access, use, or share your data for purposes beyond providing the Service, except as required by law

7. Intellectual Property

The ISP Billing platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ISP Billing and its developers. You agree that:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business purposes
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Platform
• All feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you
• The ISP Billing name, logo, and branding are our registered trademarks and may not be used without written permission

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Platform, however:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime and the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible
• We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, or third-party service outages
• We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve unplanned outages as quickly as possible

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ISP Billing, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information or secure your credentials
• We shall not be liable for any third-party actions, products, or services linked to or integrated with our Platform

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the Platform settings or by contacting support
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• You may request a data export within 30 days of termination
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan
• Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
